Customer Supply Chain Analyst – Operational Team

Location: Frimley, Surrey

Function: Customer Fulfilment Operational Team

About the Role

This position is a Fixed Term Contract. As a member of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you will collaborate with colleagues in Order Management to execute various tasks across multiple countries, ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will employ Lean methodologies and tools to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization. Additionally, you will leverage SAP scripting technology to explore further automation possibilities.

About the Team/Department

The Customer Supply Chain function comprises six multilingual teams dedicated to supporting our commercial operations across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and complete product delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI Robot Tool to enhance case fill rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Team members, Marketing, Sales, and local teams to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
  • Process sample and broker orders in accordance with strict country-specific procedures.
  • Ensure accurate setup of customer and material master data records to facilitate precise delivery and billing processes.
  • Employ automation tools to enhance existing processes and identify new automation opportunities.
  • Generate accurate monthly metrics and apply analytical skills to drive optimization within the team and department.
  • Foster capacity and efficiency through the simplification and standardization of processes across various countries.

Experience Required:

  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional EU language is advantageous.
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis.
