Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team, responsible for managing and developing the Salesforce platform, overseeing the Salesforce Development Team, and ensuring the integration, development, and maintenance of both new and existing features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Manage the Salesforce Development Team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
  • Workload Planning
    • Plan, prioritize, and manage the team's workload to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Software Development
    • Translate user stories into functional and actionable software within Salesforce, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Perform unit, integration, and performance testing of new product functionality to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with development scrum teams and IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process, including monitoring and deployment.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
