Swim Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at our Leatherhead FWC location. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity working on a bank basis, with the flexibility to choose your own hours. You will be working with a team of experienced instructors to deliver high-quality swimming lessons.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. You should also have excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable manner.
