Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and motivate members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, adapting to the needs of each individual
  • Develop and implement swimming programs that meet the needs of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programs
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships to our facilities

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
