Category Development Manager

Valeo Confectionery Limited is seeking a skilled Category Development Manager to drive commercial results across our portfolio of brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business growth through effective category management, strategic planning, and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category management strategies to drive sales growth and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing plans and improve customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and customers to influence their decisions
- Analyze data from various sources to inform business decisions and drive category growth
- Travel to various sites to meet with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG category management and commercial acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
