We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Associate to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our integrated teams working across Adult Social Care and Stockport Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in patients' homes and residential homes, working with community nurses and adult social care staff to deliver a first-class service to the residents of Stockport.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide flexible and innovative care solutions, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to support patients with complex needs.
  • Participate in our preceptorship programme for new staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence in community care.
  • Contribute to the development of our community care services, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care.
