About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Arora Management Services Ltd. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Counsel in delivering strategic projects and addressing day-to-day legal needs
  • Negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial contracts
  • Act with autonomy to carry out and complete assigned tasks and projects
  • Provide general legal advice and support, including research, legislative updates, and assistance with compliance matters
  • Deal effectively with a broad range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, regulatory, financial services, and litigious matters
  • Manage internal processes and ensure proper stakeholder engagement and good governance throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Support the General Counsel in managing outside legal counsel when necessary
  • Work with the General Counsel to develop and roll out new template agreements, policies, and legal procedures
Requirements
  • Legal Qualification - Qualified UK solicitor with 0-3 years PQE experience (considering other PQE levels and qualified lawyers from other common law jurisdictions with eligibility to sit QLT)
  • Methodical approach with an attention to detail
  • Strong commercial outlook and pragmatic approach to legal practice
  • Solid training from a reputable law firm and/or business
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial, and demanding environment
