Position Overview

We are collaborating with a local client to find a Sales Quotation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing customer inquiries from the initial request through to the order confirmation. This role encompasses various responsibilities including:

  • Generating quotes
  • Entering sales orders
  • Ordering inventory
  • Executing MRP processes
  • Creating Health & Safety documentation
  • Coordinating installation schedules

All tasks will be conducted using SAP software. The position demands an effective allocation of resources and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • A high degree of organization and efficiency
  • A meticulous attention to detail

While experience with SAP is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. A solid background in quotations is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience

Prior experience in customer service or roles involving order and sales data processing will be considered an advantage.
