- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

- Three months of previous experience in a care setting, either paid or unpaid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between clients' homes is required.
- Good IT skills, with experience of using online systems and software.
- The right to work in the UK, with no restrictions on employment.
