**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Blue Inc. as a key member of our retail operations team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans, ensuring a consistent and appealing store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field preferred.
