Job Title: Direct Digital Sales Manager

At Morson Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Direct Digital Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving traffic and increasing conversion across our website, leading to a higher volume of leads and sales across Domestic Gas and Electricity, Smart Solutions & Home Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital sales strategy to maximise visibility and relevance of our products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and mobilise digital acquisition campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and industry best practices to ensure digital sales strategies are improving online presence and driving ROI.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to channels for continual optimisation.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and make recommendations to the Digital Strategy & Performance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Significant Digital Sales and/or Acquisition Marketing experience.
  • Online sales experience with a proven ability to drive sales volumes whilst maintaining high quality levels.
  • Results-focused with strong planning and excellent analytical / data analysis skills.
  • Confident, with a proven track record of communicating, presenting, and influencing at a senior level both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
  • Good understanding of PPC & SEO best practices and experience with content optimisation and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends, competitor insight and technologies.
  • Knowledge of energy and low carbon technology products including solar advantageous.
  • Graduate or equivalent, ideally in a Sales, Marketing or Business-focussed discipline.
