Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high voltage subsea cables according to IEC & CIGRE standards.
  • Conduct thermal and electrical designs for static and dynamic subsea cables.
  • Collaborate with geophysical, technical, and environmental teams for cable routing.
  • Lead Cable Burial Risk Assessment and Cable Burial Assessment Studies.
  • Design sea cable landfall in cooperation with construction and marine teams.
  • Develop concept designs and assess CAPEX/OPEX/LCOE.
  • Compile Tender Document Packages for supply, installation, or combined projects.
  • Participate in Tender Process and contract negotiations with Suppliers & Contractors.
  • Coordinate interfaces between OSS and WTG foundations.

Your Skills. Our Team.

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative individual who is eager to develop their skills within subsea cables. You will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role with a degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably a master's).
  • Experience in designing and tendering high voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of dynamic subsea cables is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Practical experience in HV cable installation is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a high voltage design team.
  • Highly organized and capable of composing complex technical documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
