About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and a degree in nursing.
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of person-centred care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and service.
