About the Role

This esteemed healthcare provider is seeking a highly skilled and confident Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Colchester. As a key member of the healthcare service, you will play a vital role in promoting health equality and delivering exceptional patient care.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for autonomously managing patient care throughout their journey, from initial assessment to treatment and follow-up. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective planning, prescribing, and decision-making.

Requirements
  • Registered with relevant NMC/GPhC/HCPC
  • MSc in Advanced Nursing or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a Primary or Emergency Care setting
