This is a key support role within the Clinical Systems Team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. The post holder will be responsible for assisting the EPR Workflow Lead in supporting systems under the remit of the Clinical Systems Team.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and create EPR accounts and related applications, ensuring timely and accurate access to systems.
- Develop and maintain key documentation to support processes, including policies and procedures.
- Provide a comprehensive support service to users of the systems managed, including liaison with external users and third-party providers.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures in relation to the systems managed, ensuring compliance with the NHS Data Manual.
- Undertake periodic audits of data to ensure compliance with NHS regulations.
- Create and manage accounts for new users, and deactivate accounts and user access for leavers.
