Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Cheshire region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Job Summary:

This is a Band 6 Occupational Therapist opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Significant experience in Ortho and Medical Ward environments
  • Confident with busy caseloads and able to manage time effectively
  • Comply with CQC regulation requirements
