Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wealth Coordinator to join our Wealth Management team. As a Wealth Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Wealth Advisors in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Wealth Advisors with daily administrative tasks, including preparing meeting packages and coordinating the financial planning process.
  • Ensure client data integrity and system updates are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate account opening processes for new and current clients.
  • Prepare and schedule client packages, materials, and meetings.
  • Perform other financial planning tasks, including RRSP, RESP, and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, and report package preparation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the wealth/financial planning industry, preferably in a banking, insurance, or investment-related workplace.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Completed or working towards CFP designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $49,000 - $75,000 per annum.
