About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cargo Coordination: Process inbound and outbound flights, coordinate with carriers, and manage the transportation chain to schedule pickups.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and capture data entries into our client and airline computer systems.
  • Reporting and Discrepancies: Report on discrepancies and damages, and ensure all industry regulations, customs requirements, and shipping laws are compliant.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative tasks, including building relationships with customer airlines and their customers.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience is essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to provide administrative support.
  • Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills are required to capture relevant information into the various airlines dedicated computer systems.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions
