About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Ward team at Spire Cheshire Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and support patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Deliver high-quality care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
  • Develop own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others.
  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
  • Contribute to quality improvements and assist in maintaining and developing services.
Requirements
  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Compassionate and excellent patient care skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in wound dressings and surgical ward settings.
