Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Flexible Meetings. As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

Duties:

  1. Assist the Area Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  3. Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional service.
  4. Assist with scheduling and payroll management.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  2. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  3. Culinary experience or knowledge is preferred.
  4. Proven experience in supervising and managing teams.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Bartending experience is a plus.
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
