We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead a new team promoting excellence and technical best practice.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with technical and solutions architects to identify and interpret the core business objectives of prospective clients and how technology solutions can achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Assemble project teams, schedule, and project manage the service delivery of key engagements.
  • Be responsible for the continual development of the value proposition, delivery processes, associated materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Drive the development of capabilities and shared competencies with the broader Services community, inspiring teammates to further develop their skillset.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience in service delivery as a consultant shaping applications.
  • Experience leading technical teams both on-site and virtually.
  • Experience with application development, frameworks, and technology (.NET, Java, Python, etc).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, integration patterns, and IT infrastructure.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
  • The ability to maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community.
