Job Title: Disaster Recovery and Testing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Recovery and Testing Manager to join our team at Jas Gujral.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the disaster recovery and testing efforts for our financial services client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and testing strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless disaster recovery and testing processes.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide expertise in disaster recovery test planning and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our disaster recovery and testing strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in disaster recovery and testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle models and industry standard best practices in testing.
  • Expertise in disaster recovery test planning and execution.
  • Understanding of test environments, configuration and release management processes, and test data setup and delivery.
  • Understanding of automation frameworks and techniques.
  • Understanding of one or more databases such as Oracle or SQL.
