Key Responsibilities
1. Integrate our two charitable and social enterprises into the heart of our operations, fostering a culture of awareness and active involvement throughout the organization, with a focus on achieving measurable engagement and activity outcomes.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute six charitable events each year, aiming to raise £100,000 annually to support our social initiatives.
3. Design and implement an innovative green initiative that sets our business apart in the industry, accompanied by a persuasive sales package for client presentations.
4. Create an annual schedule of impactful ESG events, enhancing the management of these initiatives for strategic oversight and effective execution.
5. Compile a concise and compelling annual Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) report that showcases our achievements and progress.
6. Lead the expansion of our supplier network by onboarding two new suppliers each month, developing a unique selling proposition based on engagement and measurable results to ensure recognition and traction.
7. Develop a comprehensive toolkit for client ESG leaders, outlining our capabilities in sustainability, and establish a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain vital contact information for direct communication with key client representatives.
8. Build relationships with clients' internal communications teams to ensure our initiatives and successes are highlighted on their intranet platforms.
9. Consolidate all innovative ideas into a cohesive 'shopping basket' of solutions and services that we can offer.
