Alternative Banking Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Banking Sales Executive to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing high-value client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with senior partners to drive growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their businesses and identifying opportunities to support their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Work closely with senior partners to ensure the right outcomes for client partnerships.
- Take responsibility for increasing wallet share, buy-in, and value of high-value clients.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, resilience, drive, and a strong ability to take feedback on board. You should be ambitious, motivated to develop both personally and professionally, and have high emotional intelligence. Additionally, you should be organized, able to multi-task successfully, and have a strong work ethic.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 base plus £50k OTE in the first year, as well as a range of benefits including life-changing equity opportunities, a private gym, personal trainer, and barber shop.
