  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually enhance professional knowledge.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RICS qualification and accreditation as a Chartered Surveyor.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting disrepair surveys, preferably within a legal context.
  • In-depth knowledge of building pathology, construction standards, and property legislation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools, technology, and software.
