Job Summary:
JSS Search is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors' applications, variations, payments, and final accounts.
- Compile monthly CVR reports and commercial risk reports and cost forecasts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with contract and company policies.
- Develop and implement systems of work to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant QS construction experience, including JCT management.
- Knowledge of construction planning and execution.
- Productive, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Ability to travel across the country and abroad as required.
