About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Construction Manager to lead the Mechanical aspects of a prestigious Data Centre project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Mechanical installations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Mechanical construction activities of the Data Centre project from start to finish.
  2. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
  3. Review and interpret Mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
  4. Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical systems to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
  5. Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources to identify and mitigate risks or delays.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
  7. Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
