Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Cloud Decisions is redefining what it means to be a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a unique blend of technical expertise and team coaching. We're seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage high-value customer environments, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues, optimize cloud infrastructure solutions for performance and security, and guiding a talented team towards technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues related to Azure cloud services and VMware private cloud.
  • Provide support across all Microsoft enterprise services (Windows Server, AD) and the full Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Manage security solutions, including Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and CVE vulnerabilities.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, security, and performance.
  • Report performance metrics and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Ensure service delivery meets performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in core infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft Server, and VMware.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
