About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Automotive General Manager. As a key member of our Property Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of our properties in North Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
  • Lead a team of department heads and work with national and regional specialists to deliver our conservation and commercial goals
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain key partner relationships on behalf of the organisation
  • Support departments to develop the right priorities and provide the resources and inspirational leadership to deliver our strategy
