About Us: As a leading commercial property agent, we are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious educational facility.
The Role: As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of building management. Working closely with the facilities team, you will ensure that the property is safe, secure, and fully operational, providing an exceptional environment for our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of all facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to maintain building systems and services.
- Monitor and manage building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Support budget management and service charge allocations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements within the building.
- Support building projects and renovations.
