Complete Weed Control is a leading provider of landscaping services to highways, local authorities, and private companies in Central and Southern Scotland.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee and manage our operational contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and planning of all works, including staff, equipment, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and planning of all works, including staff, equipment, and monitoring progress of all contracts.
  • Liaising with clients from quotation to implementation and completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring staff adhere to company Health & Safety policies.
  • Auditing works and staff to ensure company protocols are followed and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Supporting the business in its growth and expansion when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Computer literacy, including word and excel.
  • Track record in staff management, including annual appraisals, performance reviews, and disciplinary meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to forward plan.
  • Good and confident communication skills.
