Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Complete Weed Control (Scotland South East) Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our operational contracts in Central and Southern Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling and planning of all works, including staff, equipment, and monitoring progress.
  • Liaise with clients from quotation to implementation and completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report and process completed works for invoicing purposes.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company Health & Safety policies.
  • Audit works and staff to ensure company protocols are followed and KPIs met.
  • Support business growth and expansion as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Computer literacy in word and excel.
  • Track record in staff management, including annual appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to forward plan.
  • Good and confident communication skills.
