Assistant Maintenance Manager Job Description

ATA Recruitment Careers is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the production site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning and implementing maintenance schedules
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
