Residential Property Surveyor

We are seeking to hire a qualified VRS registered RICS Surveyor to contribute to the evolution of the residential surveying sector.

Requirements for the Surveyor Position

Assoc RICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible for registration Preferred post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, and HMO, though not mandatory

Key Responsibilities of the Surveyor

Conducting lender and private valuation assignments and Level 2 surveys In-depth understanding of building construction and pathology Strong awareness of risks associated with a regulatory environment
