Our Trainee Programme

We are now inviting applications for our Trainee Surveyor programme, which provides a comprehensive training and development opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in residential surveying. Our programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as a surveyor, and we are committed to supporting your professional development throughout your career with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced surveyors in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services
  • Develop your knowledge and skills in residential building pathology and surveying
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance your professional skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to our clients

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
