We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team in a leading International QSR Business. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and development for staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all company paperwork, including health and safety and financial audits, is up to date and accurate.
- Multitask and thrive in a leadership role, maintaining exceptional standards while providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
