We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Data Controller to join our team in Glasgow. As an Asset Data Controller, you will play a vital role in coordinating the entire hire process, from taking orders to delivery and collection, ensuring seamless communication with all departments to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the hire process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, orders, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the hire process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of equipment delivery and collection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
