Position Overview

Telcom Group is dedicated to enhancing connectivity through high-speed fibre networks for both commercial and residential clients. We are currently seeking a Field Sales Advisor for a fixed-term contract to assist in expanding our customer base. This role entails engaging with potential clients in specified regions, conducting outreach, showcasing our services, fostering community relationships, and finalizing sales.

This position will involve a blend of remote work and approximately two days per week spent in the field visiting prospective customers. Key areas of focus will include various localities within the designated region. To be considered for this role, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow daily routes established by your supervisor to achieve sales through door-to-door efforts, event sales, community outreach, and more.
  • Effectively manage sales pipelines to maintain customer engagement even when not physically present in the area.
  • Primarily operate on weekdays (10 AM to 3 PM), with occasional participation in weekend or evening promotional events.
  • Communicate proficiently across various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Make a strong first impression and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Educate clients about their broadband options and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Quickly identify and connect with key decision-makers to streamline the sales process.
Essential Qualifications
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
  • Location: Must be able to travel to designated areas (approximately two days per week).
  • Resilience: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and adjust your approach based on real-time feedback.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively, even amidst changes.

This role is primarily field-based, requiring the successful candidate to work in various locations, including some remote work. While the standard hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, flexibility in working days and hours is essential due to occasional marketing events.
