Job Title: Royalties Analyst

Handle Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading Music/Entertainment company based in London to find a skilled Royalties Analyst.

This is a newly created role that requires a senior-level professional with a proven track record of working within a royalties function. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and extensive experience with Excel and Curve Royalty Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize global revenue and royalties worldwide, with a focus on local royalty processing harmonization.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of royalty-related systems and processes, including contact information.
  • Provide issue management and analysis support for users.
  • Collaborate with key users, product owners, business analysts, and IT development teams to improve global system usage.
  • Develop strong relationships to facilitate the scoping, discovery, design, and implementation of new business processes, potentially supported by new applications.
  • Contribute to change plans that mitigate risk and increase operational effectiveness of systems and supporting processes.
  • Work closely with global teams from other departments to ensure delivery needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong global relationships and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience with Excel and Curve Royalty Systems.
  • Proven track record of working within a royalties function.
  • Passion for music and the entertainment industry.
