About the Role

As a Royalty Tracking Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing client royalty income by leveraging analytical tools and industry knowledge. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to deliver high-quality services and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customer Experience and Online Operations teams in delivering exceptional services.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of ICE reports and dashboards, utilizing data analysis skills to drive business insights.
  • Analyze distribution and copyright data to identify anomalies and resolve issues with stakeholders.
  • Provide customer reporting on the royalty tracking service, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the Online End-to-End process to enable ICE's performance against customer contracts and SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of procedures and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Undertake ad-hoc general administration duties and data gathering to support business needs.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to the wider business on income trends and identify issues and variances vs expected receipts.
  • Communicate and represent customers' needs and priorities within the ICE organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a royalty tracking or data analysis role, preferably in a Publisher or Collection Society.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful reporting to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience querying and extracting data from large and complex datasets using SQL or Python (desirable).
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple work streams concurrently.
  • Highly numerate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of BI solutions and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing/changing work environment; proven organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle high workloads and fast turnarounds.
  • Able to work independently but also in close conjunction with key individuals across different teams.
  • Promote and support innovative thinking and a flexible approach to solving problems.
