Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' unique requirements.
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment programs, ensuring effective communication with the patient's general practitioner.
- Provide compassionate and dignified care in accordance with established best practices and national standards.
