Main Responsibilities

The Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) operates on a state-of-the-art campus, recognized for its high standards in clinical care, research, and education. The NICU is part of a network of local neonatal units, providing essential care to families in the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Essential

  • First level registration - (RN(Adult)/RN(Child)/RSCN/RM)
  • Qualified in Specialty
  • Evidence of Level 6 studies
  • Experience in supervising and assessing in clinical education

Desirable

  • 1st level degree
  • Management or leadership training
  • Enhancing neonatal practice or equivalent
  • Current NLS provider

Experience

  • Relevant post-registration experience in a clinical setting
