About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Montcalm Royal London House. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping department, including preparing and printing room attendant lists and housekeeping supervisor lists.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to guests on call, including daily events, facilities updates, and product information.
  • Prepare and print reports, including preference forecasts, no shows, and late departures.
  • Address guest service needs in a professional and timely manner, including answering phone calls and updating guest profiles.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors, porters, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Authorised to live and work in the UK.
  • Basic knowledge of Opera preferred.
