Bristan Group Ltd is looking for a dynamic and driven sales professional to enhance our team. This role involves managing sales activities in the Central East region. As the Key Account Manager, your main duty will be to execute our wholesale sales strategy through a designated group of channel partners, ensuring that sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Targets To Improve (TTIs), and Opportunities Index (OIs) are met for the region.
In this position, you will take ownership of the accounts of some of our most crucial channel partners within a specified area. This includes engaging in account planning to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), focusing on key priorities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with our channel partners.
- Analyze and present data to pinpoint opportunities and identify gaps, leveraging insights and business intelligence.
- Propose corrective measures and strategies to address gaps identified through data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with the contract matrix and confirm that all channel partners have established account plans, complete with a future pipeline, and evaluate them against set targets.
- Implement account plans in partnership with the regional manager.
- Exhibit flexibility in addressing channel partner and business needs.
- Contribute to meeting the overall channel forecast.
- Communicate priorities to the business development manager team, aiding in the achievement of annual operating plan objectives.
- Maintain current records of channel partner information using CRM systems.
Candidate Profile:
- Self-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experienced in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communicator, capable of establishing and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
- Adept at analyzing data and information to make informed decisions.
- Skilled in asking insightful questions to gather valuable information to uncover opportunities or challenges.
- Proficient in leveraging both internal and external relationships for optimal outcomes.
- Experienced in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
