Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver imaginative and engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years curriculum

· Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social and emotional growth

· Offer personalized support to students based on their individual needs and strengths

· Collaborate with fellow educators and specialists to design and implement effective teaching strategies

· Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and their families

· Maintain accurate records of student achievements and behavior

· Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues to build a cohesive school community

Qualifications

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a strong academic background

· Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent

· Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years curriculum and assessment frameworks

· Ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment for young children

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for effective lesson planning and delivery

· A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development

· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the school and its students
