Role Overview

The role of a Clinical Support Assistant involves collaborating closely with the Physiology and Cardiographer teams to enhance outpatient clinic operations and optimize inpatient echocardiography services.

Position Details

This position presents a unique opportunity to become part of a welcoming team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust.

Our department is actively engaged in delivering a comprehensive array of diagnostic services, and we are in search of a motivated and diligent Clinical Support Assistant to join our ranks.

The selected candidate will assist the Physiology team specifically in Echocardiography clinics. Training will be provided to perform lead ECGs, but primary responsibilities will include supporting outpatient clinics, managing stock levels of necessary supplies, and preparing examination rooms and patients for echocardiograms. Inpatient responsibilities will entail coordinating with ward teams to ensure the efficient use of echocardiography services.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday.
