The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Business Development Management within an engineering fabrication company.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding, ideally within a sub-contract engineering environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive, diligent, and methodical approach to work.
- A mechanically minded, team-oriented, and ambitious personality.
