About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on sustainability and ESG insights. As a key member of our team, you will drive consistency in data capture, process, measurement, and deployment of sustainability and ESG dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain data capture processes to ensure accurate and timely data.
  2. Prepare and present headline insights to clients, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Support initiatives such as carbon calculation and reporting, supply chain diversity, logistics emissions, traceability, and trends analysis.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement data-driven sustainability solutions.
  5. Improve existing reporting processes, eliminating inefficiencies and proposing automated solutions.
  6. Analyze, validate, and cleanse data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  1. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  2. Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various systems.
  3. Strong data cleansing, analysis, and reconciliation skills.
  4. Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with PowerBI for dashboard development.
  6. Knowledge of sustainability-focused roles and practices.
