Disability Support Social Worker

Job Summary:
NonStop Consulting is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join its Children with Disabilities team. As a Social Worker in this team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, developing care plans, and engaging children and families in working towards their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Planning: Assess the needs of children and their families in accordance with the Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their Families within statutory timescales.
- Child in Need and Child Protection Plans: Develop Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After plans, and participate in relevant Child in Need meetings, Children Looked After meetings, and core group meetings.
- Interventions and Engagement: Use a range of interventions to engage children, young people, and their families in working towards the objectives of their individual care plans.
- Relationship Building: Build strong and respectful working relationships with families and partners.
