About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Coordinator to join our team at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of receptionists and administrators at three sites in North and West Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of receptionists and administrative staff
  • Manage the administration of the staff roster
  • Assist with the running of the pool car fleet
  • Diary management
  • Assist with site contractors, including site inductions and tracking the status of works
  • Provide cashier services at Green Lane Hospital
  • Provide reports, including pool cars, fast track room bookings analysis, and other relevant data
  • Conduct Health and Safety risk assessments
Requirements
  • Experience in Facilities Management, with knowledge of systems, administration, and secretarial duties
  • Line management experience, with overall supervisory skills, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer care experience, with the ability to deal with stressful situations and coach staff
  • Health and Safety experience, with the ability to write risk assessments
  • Finance experience, with knowledge of petty cash systems
  • Notes and minute-taking experience, with some experience of providing administrative support for meetings
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Word, Excel, and room booking systems
